PAYPAL SHOP - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Prices include worldwide shipping.

  2. We do not offer lower prices for orders from European based customers.

  3. Usually you can only order items that are on stock on our side. If somehow products should be sold out unexpectedly we will reimburse your entire payment and ask you to place a new order.

  4. Your Paypal order will be accepted only when payment has been settled (this applies to echeques only) and only if the submitted postal address is correct.

  5. We only accept orders placed through the Paypal shopping system. Money that is directly send to our Paypal account will no longer be accepted.

  6. Make sure to verify the list of purchased items before checking out. We will not reimburse you for misplaced orders from your side. If in doubt please contact andres@softlmusic.com

  7. Make sure to enter a correct postal address for your order. If orders are returned to us because of a wrong address provided from your side, products will not be resend unless these charges have been covered from your side.

  8. Your order will be processed within 1-2 weeks maximum after receipt. We will send you an email confirmation once the order has been processed and products have been shipped.

  9. We are shipping most products from Germany, so please allow up to 4 weeks delivery for the world except for Europe please allow up to 2 weeks from confirmation of mail out. For most US and Japan based customers estimated time of delivery is within one to 2 weeks from mail out.

  10. All purchases above 50 $ are registered and insured. We do not provide insurrance for lower shipping charges.

  11. We are not responsible for customs charges or delays that may occur because of customs.

  12. We do not guarantee for losses in any way - the forementionned insurance only helps to recover money from the German Postal Service in case a package gets lost or does not arrive. Usually this is a very lenghty process to follow through. Also please keep in mind that the insurance makes declaration of the value necessary and that this can lead to custom delays in some cases.

  13. We do not guarantee for damages that occur during shipping. However we do our best to package these goods in an appropriate way according to state of the art standards.

  14. For returns we will apply a processing fee to cover applicaple Paypal charges as well as actual shipping costs that occured on our side. This fee is composed of the actual Paypal charges from your payment to Softl Music plus the actual shipping cost.
